OBESITY

Many people have body fat and want to go on a diet with a variety of ways. starting from the diligent exercise, eat less - foods that contain lots of fat that can increase obesity, eating lots of vegetables that do not contain fat which can lead to obesity, using tools imported nisa reduce fat but it's probably only for those people who can afford to buy it . I wanted to share a recipe for reducing obesity.

Ingredients
: 10 g ginger
: 15 g turmeric
: 15 g temu sleigh
: 15 gr white pomegranate skin
: 15 gr white pomegranate leaf
: 15 gr bangle
How to make: all the ingredients chopped and boiled with 600 cc of water until the remaining 300 cc, filtered, and added lime juice, drinkwater was . do two times a day.
